HOUSE RULES:

- No noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM;

- No smoking or vaping;

- Parties/events are not permitted;

- Property reserved exclusively for guests;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Take care of the premises and equipment.

- Use of the swimming pool is subject to the restriction that self-tanning sunscreens are not used.

Failure to comply with the rules:

- Immediate termination of stay, without compensation or indemnity!;

- €350 + costs of restoring the accommodation + repairs for damages.

In your absence:

- Turn off lights, the heating system, and your appliances to save energy;

- Close doors, windows, and shutters for safety, weather hazards, and local wildlife;

Upon departure:

- Gather sheets and towels at the entrance;

- Collect only your personal belongings;

- Check out and return keys no later than 10:00 a.m.;

- Report your departure and any potential problems.
